Blessings In Disguise
Bible Questions Answered:
“...and so I got mad at God for the
accident, but when recovering, realized the job I couldn't be at, was
not a job the Lord would approve of, so in recovery, I quit. Then I
realized that maybe, the accident was really a blessing... Since
then, I have found a new job, one I know the Lord would approve
of...”

Bible Texts:
Psalm 37:23,24 KJV
23 The steps of a good man are
ordered by The Lord: and He delighteth in his way.
24 Though he fall, he shall not be
utterly cast down: for The Lord upholdeth him with His hand.
How true it is,
often afflictions are actually blessings in disguise, unbeknownst to
us, at the time.
Blessings
In Disguise:

Behold,
happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the
chastening of The Almighty:

He knoweth the way that I take: when He hath tried me, I shall come
forth as gold.

I
Peter 4:1,2 NLT
So
then, since Christ suffered physical pain, you must arm yourselves
with the same attitude He had, and be ready to suffer, too. For
if you have suffered physically for Christ, you have finished with
sin.
2
You won’t spend the rest of your lives chasing your own desires,
but you will be anxious to do the will of God.
Afflictions, may be, God correcting us, an attack from
the enemy, or a result of carelessness on our part.
So, what should our response be when affliction comes?
James
4:7 KJV
Submit yourselves
therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Submit yourselves
therefore to God
If you
are out of the will of God, repent, and resubmit your life to
following The Lord.
Resist the devil,
and he will flee from you.
If
your affliction, is an outright attack by the enemy, in Jesus name
and blood, resist him, and he will flee from you.
So
when afflictions strike, the first thing to do is to,... give thanks!
Yes
that's right, give thanks to The Lord!

chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and
not sons.
If
affliction is the work of the enemy, give thanks...

you pray, I will listen.

wholeheartedly, you will find Me.
