Apparitions, Spirits, Entities, Terrestrial Or Extraterrestrial

Bible Questions Answered:
“ I'm at the end of my tether, the boys went to Knock Village to see the virgin Mary. They say it was a big crowd of lookers. Lots of clouds and sun, say some, others yes the virgin Mary. What is it all, find and dandy I don't think...”

Bible Answer:

Bible Texts:

Times and seasons may change, but people never do.

The People Demand A Sign:

Matthew 16:1,3,4 KJV [The Demand for a Sign]
1 The Pharisees and Sadducee's came to Jesus and tested him by asking him to show them a sign from heaven.
3 and in the morning, ‘Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.
4 A wicked and adulterous generation looks for a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.” Jesus then left them and went away.

Matthew 24:1-3,24 KJV
1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and His disciples came to Him for to shew Him the buildings of the temple.
2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
3 And as He sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
24 ...false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.

Mark 8:11 KJV
The Pharisees came and began to question Jesus. To test him, they asked him for a sign from heaven.

Mark 8:12 KJV
He sighed deeply and said, “Why does this generation ask for a sign? Truly I tell you, no sign will be given to it.”

Luke 11:16 KJV
Others tested Him by asking for a sign from heaven.

Luke 11:29 KJV [The Sign of Jonah]
As the crowds increased, Jesus said, “This is a wicked generation. It asks for a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.

Luke 23:8 KJV
When Herod saw Jesus, he was greatly pleased, because for a long time he had been wanting to see him. From what he had heard about Him, he hoped to see Him perform a sign of some sort.

John 2:18 KJV
The Jews then responded to Him, “What sign can you show us to prove your authority to do all this?”

John 4:48 KJV
Unless you people see signs and wonders,” Jesus told him, “you will never believe.”

John 6:30 KJV
So they asked Him, “What sign then will you give that we may see it and believe you? What will you do?

John 12:37 KJV [Unbelief Among the Jews]
Even after Jesus had performed so many signs in their presence, they still would not believe in Him.

Are we to seek after signs, apparitions, spirits, or entities of any kind, be they spirit or of flesh?
No!

Matthew 12:38,39 KJV [ The Sign of Jonah ]
38 Then some of the Pharisees and teachers of the law said to Him, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from you.”
39 He answered, “A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a sign! But none will be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.

Luke 11:30 KJV
For as Jonah was a sign to the Ninevites, so also will The Son Of Man be to this generation.
Here is why, we should “not,” seek after anything but God's Word and The Lord Jesus:

Matthew 24:24-26 KJV
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

II Corinthians 11:13-15 KJV
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

False Prophets:

Matthew 7:15 KJV
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matthew 24:11 KJV
And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Mark 13:22 KJV
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

False Teachers:

Matthew 15:9 KJV
But in vain they do worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

I Timothy 4:1,2 KJV
1 Now The Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

I Timothy 6:3-5 NLT
3 Some people may contradict our teaching, but these are the wholesome teachings of
The Lord Jesus Christ. These teachings promote a Godly life.
4 Anyone who teaches something different is arrogant and lacks understanding. Such a person has an unhealthy desire to quibble over the meaning of words. This stirs up arguments ending in jealousy, division, slander, and evil suspicions.
5 These people always cause trouble. Their minds are corrupt, and they have turned their backs on The Truth. To them, a show of godliness is just a way to become wealthy.

II Timothy 4:3,4 KJV
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from The Truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

II Peter 2:1-3 KJV
1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying The Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of Truth shall be evil spoken of.
3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Deceivers:

Romans 16:17,18 NLT
17 And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people’s faith by teaching things contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them.
18 Such people are not serving Christ our Lord; they are serving their own personal interests. By smooth talk and glowing words they deceive innocent people.

II Corinthians 11:13 NLT
These people are false apostles. They are deceitful workers who disguise themselves as apostles of Christ.

Ephesians 4:14 KJV
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

II Timothy 3:13 KJV
But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

II John 1:7 KJV
For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an Antichrist.

Seeking apparitions, spirits, entities, terrestrial or extraterrestrial, what does The Word say?

Romans 8:34 NLT
Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and He is sitting in the place of honor at God’s Right Hand, pleading for us.

I Timothy 2:5 KJV
For there is one God, and one Mediator between God and men, The Man Christ Jesus;

How many? Only “one,”and that individual is “The Man Christ Jesus.”

Hebrews 7:24-26 KJV
24 But this Man, because He continueth ever, hath an unchangeable Priesthood.
25 Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them.
26 For such an High Priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

Hebrews 9:24 KJV
For Christ did not enter into a holy place made with human hands, which was only a copy of the true one in heaven. He entered into heaven itself to appear now before God on our behalf.

Hebrews 12:24 NLT
You have come to Jesus, the one who Mediates the new covenant between God and people, and to the sprinkled Blood, which speaks of forgiveness..."

I John 2:1 NLT
My dear children, I am writing this to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an Advocate who pleads our case before The Father. He is Jesus Christ, the one who is truly righteous

(Those who reject The Savior, and seek after signs and wonders, are ripe for deception! Read Revelation 13. The coming Anti-Christ and his false religious leader, the false prophet.)

What is important, is not sign seeking, but do we know The Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior!

Isaiah 45:22 KJV
Look unto Me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.

John 3:16,17,36 KJV
16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.
36 He that believeth on The Son hath everlasting Life: and he that believeth not The Son shall not see Life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Bible Prophecy: Messiah To Be Buried With The Rich.

Bible Text:

Isaiah 53:9 NLT (B.C. 712)
He had done no wrong and had never deceived anyone. But He was buried like a criminal;
He was put in a rich man’s grave.

Prophecy Fulfillment:

Bible Text:

Matthew 27:57-60 KJV (A.D. 33)
57 When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple:
58 He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered.
59 And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,
60 And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulcher, and departed.

Oh the very precise details of prophecy! Here some 745 years in advance the details of our Lords, death and burial, were known and foretold.

Trust And Obey

When we walk with The Lord in the light of His Word,
What a glory He sheds on our way!
While we do His good will, He abides with us still,
And with all who will trust and obey.

Refrain

Trust and obey, for there’s no other way
To be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.

Not a shadow can rise, not a cloud in the skies,
But His smile quickly drives it away;
Not a doubt or a fear, not a sigh or a tear,
Can abide while we trust and obey.

Refrain

Not a burden we bear, not a sorrow we share,
But our toil He doth richly repay;
Not a grief or a loss, not a frown or a cross,
But is blessed if we trust and obey.

Refrain

But we never can prove the delights of His love
Until all on the altar we lay;
For the favor He shows, for the joy He bestows,
Are for them who will trust and obey.

Refrain

Then in fellowship sweet we will sit at His feet.
Or we’ll walk by His side in the way.
What He says we will do, where He sends we will go;
Never fear, only trust and obey

Jealousy

Bible Questions Answered:
“...six in our family, two sisters, three brothers. It always seemed growing up that my sister ….the oldest, always got the first of everything. Now were adults, her family does things my family and I do not do, or have that we don't have. I've prayed so that we might get caught up, but doesn't seem to happen. I think I have some feelings of resentment because of this and as a Christian I know that is not right...”
Betsy/ Rayleigh, England United Kingdom

Bible Answer:

Bible Texts:

Jealousy though not mentioned as a commandment, and yet, the 10th certainly covers it.

Exodus 20:17 KJV
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbor's.

Jealousy:

Genesis 37:4 KJV (Joseph's Brothers)
And when his brethren saw that their father (Jacob) loved him more than all his brethren, they hated him, and could not speak peaceably unto him.

Judges 8:1 NLT (Men of Ephraim)
Then the people of Ephraim asked Gideon, “Why have you treated us this way? Why didn’t you send for us when you first went out to fight the Midianites?” And they argued heatedly with Gideon.

I Samuel 18:6-8 NLT (King Saul)
6 When the victorious Israelite army was returning home after David had killed the Philistine, women from all the towns of Israel came out to meet King Saul. They sang and danced for joy with tambourines and cymbals.
7 This was their song: “Saul has killed his thousands, and David his ten thousands!”
8 This made Saul very angry. “What’s this?” he said. “They credit David with ten thousands and me with only thousands. Next they’ll be making him their king!”

Matthew 20:8-16 KJV (Vineyard Laborers)
8 So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the laborers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.
9 And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny.
10 But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny.
11 And when they had received it, they murmured against the good man of the house,
12 Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.
13 But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?
14 Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee.
15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?
16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

Luke 15:28-30 NLT (Elder Brother)
28"The older brother was angry and wouldn't go in. His father came out and begged him,
29 but he replied, "All these years I've slaved for you and never once refused to do a single thing you told me to. And in all that time you never gave me even one young goat for a feast with my friends.
30 Yet when this son of yours comes back after squandering your money on prostitutes, you celebrate by killing the fattened calf!"

The Lord told Moses jealousy is an evil spirit.

Numbers 5:14,30 KJV
14 And the spirit of jealousy...or if the spirit of jealousy..."
30 Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh..."

Proverbs 6:34 KJV
For jealousy is the rage of a man..."

Song Of Solomon 8:6 KJV
"... for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave: the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame.

When we as Christians pray, our Lord, delivers us from the power of the enemy.

I John 3:8 KJV
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose The Son Of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

I John 4:4 KJV
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Prayer:

Psalm 18:32 KJV
It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.

Psalm 19:14 KJV
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my Strength, and my Redeemer.

Prayers - How Are They Answered.

Bible Questions Answered:
“Does God use angels to answer our prayers...”
Dorthy/ San Diego, California U.S.A.

Bible Answer:

Bible Texts:

God may answer our prayers directly or use angels.

God Answering Our Prayers:

I Chronicles 5:18-20 NLT
18 There were 44,760 capable warriors in the armies of Reuben, Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh. They were all skilled in combat and armed with shields, swords, and bows.
19 They waged war against the Hagrites, the Jeturites, the Naphishites, and the Nodabites. 20 They cried out to God during the battle, and He answered their prayer because they trusted in Him. So the Hagrites and all their allies were defeated.

Psalm 4:3 KJV
But know that The Lord hath set apart him that is Godly for Himself: The Lord will hear when I call unto Him.

Psalm 18:6 KJV
In my distress I called upon The Lord, and cried unto my God: He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry came before Him, even into His ears.

Psalm 34:15,17 KJV
15 The eyes of The Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears are open unto their cry.
17 The righteous cry, and The Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

Psalm 94:9 KJV
He that planted the ear, shall He not hear? He that formed the eye, shall He not see?

Proverb 15:29 KJV
The Lord is far from the wicked: but He heareth the prayer of the righteous.

Isaiah 59:1 KJV
Behold, The Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither His ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

Micah 7:7 KJV
Therefore I will Look unto The Lord; I will wait for The God Of My salvation: my God will hear me.

I Peter 3:12 KJV
For the eyes of The Lord are over the righteous, and His ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of The Lord is against them that do evil.

God, Using Angels, In Answer To Our Prayers:

Acts 12:1-19 NLT (James Is Killed and Peter Is Imprisoned)
1 About that time King Herod Agrippa began to persecute some believers in the church.
2 He had the apostle James (John’s brother) killed with a sword.
3 When Herod saw how much this pleased the Jewish people, he also arrested Peter. (This took place during the Passover celebration.)
4 Then he imprisoned him, placing him under the guard of four squads of four soldiers each. Herod intended to bring Peter out for public trial after the Passover.
5 But while Peter was in prison, the church prayed very earnestly for him.

(Peter’s Miraculous Escape from Prison)

6 The night before Peter was to be placed on trial, he was asleep, fastened with two chains between two soldiers. Others stood guard at the prison gate.
7 Suddenly, there was a bright light in the cell, and an angel of The Lord stood before Peter. The angel struck him on the side to awaken him and said, “Quick! Get up!” And the chains fell off his wrists.
8 Then the angel told him, “Get dressed and put on your sandals.” And he did. “Now put on your coat and follow me,” the angel ordered.

9 So Peter left the cell, following the angel. But all the time he thought it was a vision. He didn’t realize it was actually happening.
10 They passed the first and second guard posts and came to the iron gate leading to the city, and this opened for them all by itself. So they passed through and started walking down the street, and then the angel suddenly left him.

11 Peter finally came to his senses. “It’s really true!” he said. “The Lord has sent His angel and saved me from Herod and from what the Jewish leaders had planned to do to me!”

12 When he realized this, he went to the home of Mary, the mother of John Mark, where many were gathered for prayer.
13 He knocked at the door in the gate, and a servant girl named Rhoda came to open it.
14 When she recognized Peter’s voice, she was so overjoyed that, instead of opening the door, she ran back inside and told everyone, “Peter is standing at the door!”

15 “You’re out of your mind!” they said. When she insisted, they decided, “It must be his angel.”

16 Meanwhile, Peter continued knocking. When they finally opened the door and saw him, they were amazed.
17 He motioned for them to quiet down and told them how The Lord had led him out of prison. “Tell James and the other brothers what happened,” he said. And then he went to another place.

18 At dawn there was a great commotion among the soldiers about what had happened to Peter.
19 Herod Agrippa ordered a thorough search for him. When he couldn’t be found, Herod interrogated the guards and sentenced them to death. Afterward Herod left Judea to stay in Caesarea for a while.

Then there is the Old Testament story of Daniel, and that God sent an angel to him, in answer to his prayers, but sinister forces held the angel fast.

Daniel 10:12-14 NLT (Be sure to read the whole chapter.)
12 Then he (An angel of The Lord) said, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer.
13 But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me, and I left him there with the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia.
14 Now I am here..."

This real event, proves to us, there is real spiritual opposition to answers in prayer. This is why our Lord taught us to be persistent in praying!

Luke 18:1-8 NLT (Parable of the Persistent Widow)
18 One day Jesus told His disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up.
2 “There was a judge in a certain city,” he said, “who neither feared God nor cared about people.
3 A widow of that city came to him repeatedly, saying, ‘Give me justice in this dispute with my enemy.’
4 The judge ignored her for a while, but finally he said to himself, ‘I don’t fear God or care about people,
5 but this woman is driving me crazy. I’m going to see that she gets justice, because she is wearing me out with her constant requests!’”

6 Then The Lord said, “Learn a lesson from this unjust judge.
7 Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to His chosen people who cry out to Him day and night? Will He keep putting them off?
8 I tell you, He will grant justice to them quickly! But when The Son Of Man returns, how many will He find on the earth who have faith?”

Prayer:

Acts 2:21 KJV
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of The Lord shall be saved.”

Acts 4:12 KJV
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

Whisper A Prayer

Whisper a prayer in the morning,
Whisper a prayer at noon;
Whisper a prayer in the ev’ning,
To keep your heart in tune.

God answers prayer in the morning,
God answers prayer at noon;
God answers prayer in the ev’ning,
So keep your heart in tune.

Jesus may come in the morning,
Jesus may come at noon;
Jesus may come in the ev’ning,
So keep your heart in tune.

Bible Lesson: Prophecies And Their Fulfillment. Bible Prophecy: Not A Bone Of The Messiah, To Be Broken.

Bible Lesson: Prophecies And Their Fulfillment.

Bible Prophecy: Not A Bone Of The Messiah, To Be Broken.

Bible Text:

Exodus 12:46 KJV
In one house shall it be eaten; thou shalt not carry forth ought of the flesh abroad out of the house; neither shall ye break a bone thereof.

Psalm 34:20 KJV
He keepeth all His bones: not one of them is broken.

Prophecy Fulfillment.

Bible Text:

John 19:33,36 KJV
33 But when they came to Jesus, and saw that He was dead already, they break not His legs:
36 For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of Him shall not be broken.

Though there are similarities between the first Adam, and The Second Adam, yet there are many dissimilarities….

Adam

The first man, was created from the dust of the ground (Genesis 2:7).
The first man, was the first-fruits of human life. (Genesis 2:22)
The first Adam, gave life to his wife (Genesis 2:22).
The first Adam, gave a rib for her creation (Genesis 2:21).
The first Adam, loved his wife (Genesis 2:23)
The first Adam, was not deceived (I Timothy 2:14).
Christ:

The Second Adam, is eternal, without beginning or end of days (John 1:1,2/ Hebrews 7:3).;
The Second Adam, was The First-fruits of Spiritual Life (John 1:12,13 NLT).
The Second Adam, gave Life to His bride (John 19:34/ Ephesians 5:30).
The Second Adam, gave His Life's Blood, for her creation (John 19:34/ Ephesians 5:30).
The Second Adam, loves His bride (Ephesians 5:25)
The Second Adam, is sinless (I Peter 2:22).

First Adam gave up a bone, to give birth to his wife.
Second Adam “He keepeth all His bones: not one of them is broken.” gave His Blood for His Bride.

Prayer:

John 1:12,13 NLT
12 But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God
13 They are reborn-not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.

Redeemed

Redeemed how I love to proclaim it! Redeemed by The Blood Of The Lamb;
Redeemed thro' His infinite mercy, His child and forever, I am.

Chorus
Redeemed, redeemed, Redeemed by The Blood Of The Lamb;
Redeemed, redeemed, His child, and forever, I am.

Redeemed and so happy in Jesus, No language my rapture can tell;
I know that The Light of His presence with me doth continually dwell

I think of my Blessed Redeemer, I think of Him all the day long;
I sing, for I cannot be silent; His love is the theme of my song.

I know I shall see His beauty The King in whose law I delight;
Who lovingly guardeth my foot-steps, And giveth me songs in the night.

Theft

Bible Questions Answered:
“...Pastor isn't that theft?...”
Ron/ Bialystok, Poland (Podlaskie Voivodeship)

Bible Answer:

Bible Texts:

Over the millennia, the word theft has evolved. In the beginning, theft involved the stealing of ones cattle, wagons, or food. Today, when we speak of theft, many different thoughts come to mind. Theft of ones goods, of business, or trade secrets, business names, clothing designs, trademarks, lyrics or music, theft of an others accolades, theft of one's character, thru accusation, intellectual property, etc. etc. And God, looks upon mankind as being thieves of His wealth, and His gift of time.

Thieves:

Exodus 20:15 KJV (Eighth Commandment)
Thou shalt not steal.

Deuteronomy 23:24,25 NLT
24 “When you enter your neighbor’s vineyard, you may eat your fill of grapes, but you must not carry any away in a basket.
25 And when you enter your neighbor’s field of grain, you may pluck the heads of grain with your hand, but you must not harvest it with a sickle.

Proverbs 29:24 KJV
Whoso is partner with a thief hateth his own soul..."

Zechariah 5:1-4 NLT
I looked up again and saw a scroll flying through the air.
2 “What do you see?” the angel asked. “I see a flying scroll,” I replied. “It appears to be about 30 feet long and 15 feet wide.”
3 Then he said to me, “This scroll contains the curse that is going out over the entire land. One side of the scroll says that those who steal will be banished from the land; the other side says that those who swear falsely will be banished from the land.
4 And this is what The Lord Of Heaven’s Armies says: I am sending this curse into the house of every thief and into the house of everyone who swears falsely using My name. And My curse will remain in that house and completely destroy it—even its timbers and stones.”

Matthew 15:19,20 KJV
19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornication's, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
20 These are the things which defile a man..."

Mark 7:21-23 KJV
21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornication's, murders,
22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

John 10:10 KJV
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have Life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

I Corinthians 6:9,10 NLT
9 Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality,
10 or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.

Ephesians 4:27,28 KJV
27 Neither give place to the devil.
28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

I Peter 4:15 KJV
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.

Revelation 9:20,21 KJV
20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

Idleness:

Our God, who has called us, does not want us to stand idly by, when there is work to do!
There are many, surprise to some, that tithe their time to The Lord.
One tenth of the day, 2 hours and 40 minutes a day, to The Lord. Will this time be blessed of The Lord, yes!

Matthew 20:1-16 KJV
1 For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire laborers into his vineyard.
2 And when he had agreed with the laborers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,
4 And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way.
5 Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise.
6 And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?
7 They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.

Tithing:

Our God, has called us to be faithful in our tithing.

OK, pastor that's where we have you, we are under grace, not the law! Jesus never told us to tithe, period!”

Oh, is that right?

Luke 11:42 NLT (Jesus)
What sorrow awaits you Pharisees! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens, but you ignore justice and the love of God. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things.

Malachi 3:8-10 NLT
8 “Should people cheat God? Yet you have cheated Me! “But you ask, ‘What do you mean? When did we ever cheat you?’ “You have cheated Me of the tithes and offerings due to Me.
9 You are under a curse, for your whole nation has been cheating Me.
10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse `so there will be enough food in My Temple. If you do,” says The Lord Of Heaven’s Armies, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put Me to the test!

Thievery comes is all shapes and sizes. A person may be guilty of stealing from man or God.

I Corinthians 6:9 KJV
Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God?...”

Hebrews 10:31 KJV
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of The Living God.

Prayer:

Psalm 139:23,24 KJV
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
