Bible Lesson: Bible Prophecies And
Their Fulfillment.
Bible Prophecy: Promised Seed Of
Abraham.
Bible Text:
Genesis 12:3 KJV
1 Now The Lord
had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy
kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew
thee:
2 And I will
make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name
great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will
bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in
thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
Genesis 18:17,18 KJV
17 And The Lord said, Shall I hide
from Abraham that thing which I do;
18 Seeing that Abraham shall surely
become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth
shall be blessed in him?
The Story:
Genesis
17:3-6;15-21 KJV
3 And Abram fell on his face: and
God talked with him, saying,
4 As for Me, behold, My covenant is
with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
5 Neither shall thy name any more be
called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many
nations have I made thee.
6 And I will make thee exceeding
fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out
of thee.
15 And God said unto Abraham, As for
Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall
her name be.
16 And I will bless her, and give
thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a
mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her.
17 Then Abraham fell upon his face,
and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him
that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years
old, bear?
18 And Abraham said unto God, O that
Ishmael might live before thee!
19 And God said, Sarah thy wife
shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and
I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant,
and with his seed after him.
20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard
thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and
will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I
will make him a great nation.
21 But My covenant will I establish
with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the
next year.
Genesis 18:9-15
KJV
9 And they said unto him, Where is
Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.
10 And he said, I will certainly
return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy
wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was
behind him.
11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old
and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the
manner of women.
12 Therefore Sarah laughed within
herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord
being old also?
13 And The Lord said unto Abraham,
Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child,
which am old?
14 Is any thing too hard for The
Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to
the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.
15 Then Sarah denied, saying, I
laughed not; for she was afraid. And He said, Nay; but thou didst
laugh.
Prophecy
Fulfillment:
Genesis 21:1-7
KJV
1 And The Lord visited Sarah as He
had said, and The Lord did unto Sarah as He had spoken.
2 For Sarah conceived, and bare
Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken
to him.
3 And Abraham called the name of his
son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac.
4 And Abraham circumcised his son
Isaac being eight days old, as God had commanded him.
5 And Abraham was an hundred years
old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.
6 And Sarah said, God hath made me
to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me.
7 And she said, Who would have said
unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given children suck? for I have
born him a son in his old age.

of many nations! And it came to pass, true as The Lord had said!

from violence.
II

As
for God, His way is perfect; The Word Of The Lord is tried: He is a
Buckler (Shield) to all them that trust in Him.

let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever
shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that
love thy name be joyful in thee.
Psalm
9:10 KJV
And
they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou,
Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
Salvation
Prayer:
Romans 10:9l, 10 KJV
9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth The Lord Jesus, and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto Salvation.
II Corinthians 6:2 NKJV
For He says: “In an acceptable
time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped
you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day
of salvation.
