Yes, they may well get away with atrocities here and now but at death and at a place called the Great White Throne judgment, they will be sentenced for eternity by Almighty God.

Men determine in this life, where they will spend eternity.
This is mans' judgment upon themselves.
Someone who has rejected God, in their life, will go to a place, of God rejecters.
That place the Word of God, describes as hell, a place of God's wrath, and torment.
