For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

To be sure physical exercise does help our health and well being, but what about our spiritual well being?
Walking is the best exercise, so here are some exercises for you, to keep you spiritually well, and in favor of the Lord.

May we walk perfectly before the Lord.

May we walk in obedience to the Lord.
