How can we know this bible to be the words of God?

[16] All scripture is given by inspiration* of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
[17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Inspiration: (Greek) Theopneustos theh-op-nuoo-stos: Divinely breathed in; given by inspiration of God.

Holy men of old, were breathed into (Inspired) by God the Holy Spirit, to write the Words of God.

II Peter 1:16-21 KJV
[16] For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of His majesty.
