[44] Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter.

Philip the soul winner:
John 1:44 KJV
[45] Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found Him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.

(The Loaves)
John 6:5-9 KJV
[5] When Jesus then lifted up His eyes, and saw a great company come unto Him, He saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?
[6] And this He said to prove him: for He Himself knew what he would do.
[7] Philip answered Him, Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may take a little.
[8] One of His disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, saith unto Him,
[9] There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many?

John 12:20-22 KJV
[20] And there were certain Greeks among them that came up to worship at the feast:
[21] The same came therefore to Philip, which was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and desired him, saying, Sir, we would see Jesus.
[22] Philip cometh and telleth Andrew: and again Andrew and Philip tell Jesus.

John 14:6-11 KJV
[6] Jesus saith unto him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.
[7] If ye had known Me, ye should have known My Father also: and from henceforth ye know Him, and have seen Him.
[8] Philip saith unto Him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
[9] Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known Me, Philip? he that hath seen Me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
[10] Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of Myself: but the Father that dwelleth in Me, He doeth the works.
[11] Believe Me that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me: or else believe Me for the very works' sake.

Philip was in Jerusalem after Christ's ascension, and at Pentecost.
Acts 1:12-14 KJV
[12] Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey.
[13] And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James.
[14] These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brethren.

(The Cross)
Tradition states that Philip, had three daughters, preached the good news in central Asia Minor, and was crucified, and buried, at Hierapolis, under emperor Domitian.
